Shipping Policy
Free shipping and handling on a customer's whole order when the customer buys an item or items from the Items with Free Delivery on Order category otherwise there is a flat rate shipping and handling charge of $14.99. Currently maximum order size is $299. Delivery by postal carrier typically around 10 to 14 days, depending on a number of factors, but orders can sometimes be delivered sooner. With monthly crate delivery, when customer elects to do and if available in their area products are delivered monthly on or around the customer's product delivery day. Although the crate delivery process is typically slower, having longer or monthly crate delivery make returning items easier for the customer, helps save costs, builds out our delivery network and makes the delivery process more efficient. DDI's "Super Price" is often the lowest price a customer can find on an item anywhere especially when factoring in shipping and handling and applicable sales taxes being included in the price when the customer buys a qualifying order item.
Currently items are only available for purchase and delivery in the United States with the exception that delivery is not available to locations within the states of California, Alaska and Hawaii when ordering from our website.
Returns Policy
Unless otherwise noted you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost with ground shipping with the United States Parcel Service when the return is the result of our error. Please secure item(s) in box and mail to:

You should expect to receive your refund within five to six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

By ordering from DDI, you the customer understand and agree to the longer delivery time in receiving your orders than many other stores or ecommerce websites and that delivery to you from the time you order often takes around 30 days or 1 month, although in certain instances more or less including when a customer preorders for a future month.
Items are sometimes out of stock and customer agrees DDI can credit their account for the amount of the item(s) or DDI can mail the customer a check for the amount of the item(s) or credit the amount of the item(s) back to the customer's card or PayPal account or send the item out once it comes in stock again within 1 month of the original delivery date, depending on the situation.
DDI can change any of these policies or terms or create new policies or terms at its sole discretion and at any time. DDI is not responsible for typos or incorrect website, product listing or other information.
If any part of these terms or policies are determined to be unenforceable by a governing body or court the remainder of these policies shall remain in full effect.
If a dispute arises, the user of this site or customer agrees for sole resolution to be by Arbitration with the Arbitration in DDI's home state of Minnesota.

When customers order from DDI by credit card on this website it is through PayPal, a leader in the payment processing industry, we do not receive a customer's credit card number or confidential financial information from PayPal.
