Q) How do I not have to pay anything for shipping and handling on my order?

A) By buying an item from the Items with Free Delivery on Order category.  The shipping and handling cost then drops to $0 on the whole order.  Otherwise, there is a flat rate shipping and handling charge of $14.99.

Q) How do I pay at checkout?

A) We use PayPal where a customer can use their PayPal account or use a Debit or Credit Card including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners and American Express by checking out as a guest on their payment platform.  PayPal has built a reputation as a very secure payment platform, and they do not share confidential customer financial information with us.  Then simply click the blue Continue button toward the bottom of their page to return to our site and complete your purchase.

Q) How long does it take to get my order?

A) Delivery by postal carrier typically takes around 2 to 3 days but sometimes longer for items from Online Mall and Items with Free Delivery on Order categories.  When adding items from a Super Price category to an order the delivery time typically takes 1 to 2 weeks longer.  

Q) What is the "Super Price"?

A) DDI's "Super Price" is often the lowest price a customer can find on a product, service or gift certificate anywhere outside of our company, especially when factoring in applicable sales taxes being included in the price.  

Q) Where can products be shipped to?

A) Products can currently be shipped within the continental United States with the exception of addresses in the state of California and also not to other countries or U.S. Territories.

Q) Is there a monthly or annual membership cost?

A) There is no membership cost. 

Q) What is the maximum size of an order?

A) $299 is currently the maximum dollar amount for a customer order.

Q) What is the Online Mall?

A) New and used products.  Great deals with all Online Mall items at the "Super Price".  Unique and hard to find products, never know what you will find.  Frequently updated.

Q) What is DDI's Home Delivery Service?

A) A home delivery service where a customer makes an order where a delivery bin or delivery tote with the customer's order (instead of a box) is dropped off at their home or business.  A customer can order anytime during a month or have a monthly/weekly delivery day.  The empty delivery bin from the previous month is then picked up (could also include item(s) customer wants to return) and the new delivery bin with the customer's order is then dropped off.  Home delivery is done through our delivery network or directly by DDI.

Our home delivery service is called DDI Super Price's Lifeline Service, annual membership $199 and is currently available only in certain parts of the Twin Cities MN Metro area.  Our home delivery service can help make returning an item(s) easier for the customer, helps save costs, helps build out our delivery network and can make the delivery process more efficient.
